How come there are two "finals"? I thought they hadn't played the finals yet.

They just did doubles tonight - pretty much an all-Chinese sweep. Except mixed doubles, that was still in progress when I stopped watching - DPRK vs. Hong Kong. Watched it on TV.

Who designs all these weird tables for the top tournaments? They all have to have some sort of gimmick underneath - a lamp, or in this case, louver legs. Those would NEVER work where I play - we'd lose too many balls in between the slats! Never ever saw one ever go there the whole time I watched.

These two "finals" are matches from the final in the team event.
