Hi Guys.

I created a 'how to do a backspin table tennis serve' video with Eli Baraty a coach from the Harefield Academy.

It would be great to see what you guys think and get any feedback on how I can improve things.

Enjoy!

Honestly, the video fails at achieving the primary goal. Half or more of the video talks about an important thing - bouncing the ball twice on the other side of the table - but almost none of the video talks about HOW to actually HIT the ball properly. What grip do you use? How do you bring the bat forward and back? Where do you want to contact the ball? How fast/hard do you want to swing?

That sort of stuff. Yes, it's all basic stuff, but this is a basic video, and it has to cover it.

Erik,

OK, You're right more in depth stuff on how to hold the bat and the actually serve.

That's great feedback thank you very much.

Kind Regards Mark
