Thanks MM, didn't want to blow my own horn, but since you posted it I won't complain

She'll have the weekly so-called 'Super Special', where she sells an items at near or below cost price.
They are not clearance items, but new or popular items, being sold at a very special price as a bit of a promotional thing.

She's also just come up with a 'Price Matching' policy, where she matches the price of identical products listed in any other Australian online stores.
She's always set prices at what she feels are reasonable, but another store seems determined to just undercut all her prices no matter what, probably to try and push her out of the market. For some people that's 'just business' I guess , but she wants to run a small family business, and does not want to get into this...so hopefully this will help.
