Hi All,

I have tried focus 2.2 on a gun blade.

speed: I think this rubber is very very fast for an unglued chinese rubber the speed is similar to Sriver L just a bit slower.

spin: The spin is very very good slightly tacky but h3 is tackier.

feel: This rubber feels more Euro compared to Hurricane 2/3.

throw angle: The angle is very different from Sriver L if you loop with focus 2 the ball goes with a very high bow.

Pushing: This rubber can push with loads of backspin and pushing is easy to control

Blocking: This rubber is very good for blocking. The blocking feel is a bit different than Sriver but blocking is just as nice.

Flat Hitting: This rubber is very good for flat hitters. I can hit easy through the opponents backspin.

Smashing: This rubber is great for smashing. I can hit pretty hard with it.

Looping: It's o.k. for an euro loop style game but I loop better with Sriver L. I think it's more suitable for asian style loopers.

Serving: My serves are very spinny with this rubber.

I think it's a good rubber for asian style loopers or Euro players that don't loop only smash,flat hit or block.

Personally I like Sriver L better. But 729 focus is a really good value for money.

Next time I'm gonna try something that's a bit faster with a slightly non tackier topsheet maybe Saviga,Inspirit,Dipper or CJ8000.
