purger that darker costs $1000 plus, is at least 600 year old hinoki, has a gold plate at the end, theyll engrave your name on it & its limited edition & probably sold out so dont expect haggisv to get any of those :lol:

purger howd ya come accross the darker. Ive only seen it on a chinese tt shop website and its not there anymore

I can work out a price for the yin-he blade when i get back... I've think I've seen it in the catalogue... I think it's not cheap but I'll check...

$1000 for a TT blade :shock: I suppose you'd be waiting 100 years for it to increase in value too, so it would be 700 year old Hinoki. Doesn't sound very impressive to hold for 10 years and have a 610 year old Hinoki blade for sale. And you'd have to treat it like wine... once drank... no value lol. :wink:

if you bought it you probably wouldnt play with it. Just frame it and look at it in awe :lol:

It's not on their pricelist, so I'd have to get a quote from them directly.

However retail for the 3A is 780 Yuan and the 5A is 1280 Yuan... something like the K-4 retails at 320 Yuan, which should give you some idea... Current exchange rate (happens to be particularly bad ATM!) is about 1AUD = 4.5 Yuan.

Not many details are given in the catalogue apart from pictures.... It also mentions 'made in Japan' on that page, but I'm not sure if it really is...
