Just wondering if you have any plans on bringing some 1.8 versions to the shop of the Donic Platin soft?

My mate insist this would be great for his bh :D

We had not planned to, but it CAN be ordered in... I always find it a little odd that people want very offensive rubber, with a thinner sponge to slow it down... why not go for a slower rubber... Still it's not the first time I've heard about this, so perhaps there's something to it...

Just to be safe, could you OM me when you are about to make your next order with Donic? Don't want you to get it if he suddenly have changed his mind about it.

I don't fully agree with you though, I can see the benefit of using offensive rubbers with a thinner sponge, kind of like using slower rubbers with a thicker sponge. Some people seems to prefer a certain sponge thickness. Not to mention the fact that some people like to keep the weight of their set up as low as possible.

Yes you might be right.... just seemed odd you me... reminds of the time people wanted to get Bryce in 1.2mm  Sure I'll "OM" you before we order

I use the Regular platin in 1,8 on ny BH and the reason why in almost same speed as max much more control and feel.
Those using it in bh míght want the extra control combined with lots of power.

I would agree that a 1.8 sponge in a fast SGE rubber gives more power and control than a slower normal rubber with thicker sponge.
