Are they good 999 rubbers ? I saw not good reviews.

Here goes

Sword - Rubbers and blades, they all look very nice

Palio Blades - not well known but excellent amount chinese blades, rivals Galaxy.

Galaxy - a more complete range of their blades.

Friendship - some of their newer hero rubbers would be nice.

TSP - they price their items quite competitively for such a well known japanese brand. I dont know about their blades, but their rubbers and speedglue are of very good quality.

lastly XIOM. If those buggers finally are willing to bring their brand here, it would be great if you were the reseller.

Thanks for the feedback guys, that's great!

The Globe 999 stuff is generally quite good, other 999 brands (there're quite a few) are of lower quality... not workwhile IMO

Avalox - yes good idea

Palio - not a good brand from what I've seen, quality control is terrible.

Sword - big range of blades, very hard to know which to choose since there's almost no info on any of them - decent quality I hear, but doubt it's as good as Galaxy...

Galaxy - Easily the highest quality blades IMO, has almost the full range...

TSP - yes agreed!

Freindship Hero (and a few others) - working on it

XIOM - top quality, and yes that would be great to have their range - still working on it...

Anything else?

Cheers!

more prominent brands like Butterfly, Yasaka, Stiga, etc. It is good if shopper can buy different brands in one shop.

And also more accessories like bags, bat covers, glues, shirts.

Yes, I'd be interested in backpacks specifically for TT, if they're big enough. I need to fit my box of balls, net, bat, spare socks, shirt and hopefully a shoe bag in it. I've been eyeing an Andro backpack but it's $50+, which I'm not willing to pay.

A nice cheap Chinese equivalent of the Andro tour pack would be great.

Also regarding sword,

From what I've read, they're supposed to have better composite blades than Galaxy, and Galaxy better wood blades.

There are three Sword blades I've been (trying) to read about via babelfish translations. Apparently the SER handle gives extra power.
  • Sword KING-SER-90 (in sword king Z). Ply: 6+2+1 (arylate / 'phdaron' core, 6 wood layers, 2 carbon.) The fastest of the three. 92g +-5 according to eacheng.
  • RG-SER70 (ultra outstanding Z). Carbon core, + 4 wood + 2 arylate. Probably the slowest of the three. But probably not a 'slow' blade.
  • RG-SER90 (ultra can Z). same construction as RG SER70, but supposedly faster?

Here are some links:

Good luck translating. ;)

Ditto the above:

A teammate uses Globe 999 on a Dawei sponge, great stuff.

Another uses a Palio R5 blade and that particular one is good quality and I've always liked Palio's CJ8000 rubber which is pretty unique, thin topsheet Chinese, so thin you can put a 2.4-2.6 sponge on it.

Avalox blades are great, supposedly there's a very fast non carbon Ma Wenge blade. Heard many good things about Sterco and Pronte rubber.

TSP is only available in the U.S. from one distributor who doesn't have very good customer service, prices or up to date stuff, so that's an opportunity to get in their newer long pips and short pips (like Tyranno).

I would like to try the Xiom Styx SP (red 1.6 thanks). I have one of their blades, which is high quality but doesn't work for my game unfortunately.

Spintech has good quality stuff, not sure if you can work with the U.S. distributor but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Nice range of inverted rubbers and high quality blades. Didn't like their medium/short pips (Stealth) much.

Winning makes high quality Chinese topsheets and puts them on Japanese sponges. They also have some good blades, including the R9, a very fast and extremely bouncy 9 ply all wood blade that feels faster than my carbon blades. I'm not good enough to use it effectively.

More custom stuff :)

eg. Cream MRS, 802-40 supersoft........ stuff like that. I'm a bit of a sucker for those unique items.

zeropong has a few things like that but their shipping is too high.
