hey haggisv, seeing how much EJ'ing really costs, ever given thought to having an OOAK loyalty program?

Understand it will probably involve some more back office admin for you guys, but would be cool, and would probably encourage even more repeat business. Well, I'm sure you guys get heaps of repeat business anyway because of your great service - you certainly have mine!

Anyway just a thought....

As for some sort of loyalty program, I agree it is pretty hard to implement.

Yeah I figured it's not as simple as you rubber-stamping a loyalty card when we make a purchase.

You'd have to keep track of how much each person has spend with you, even more work if you decide to make the points expire after a certain time. You'd also have to work out what 'benefits' you want to give out, and what that would cost you, etc. Yes... I should have thought this through a little more before suggesting... sorry!
