Looks like the entry forms are now up on the Table Tennis Victoria website: http://www.insports.com.au/ttv/

Although, interesting to see that you can only enter one graded event and the open singles, and there is also no doubles.

Here is hoping that there are a reasonable amount of singles games in each event, even for players not making the finals.

I probably mentioned it before but travelling all that way for a game, you would be so much better off entering the Geelong tournament. Then you can enter Div 1, the open, sub elite, open doubles, div 1 doubles or sub elite doubles or replace the open or sub eilte with Div 2 if you think that's more the standard you are at. If you just want to see Melbourne enter the Easter classic, if you want to play a lot of table tennis enter Geelong, they will have at least 30 tables going.

I'm not going to Melbourne to just play Table Tennis, the only reason I'm entering this tournament is because of the Easter long weekend, I have a few days off and can come over the Melbourne to see some things and catch up with people, and spend a day playing TT while I'm there

You are right though, if it was solely for playing Table Tennis, I wouldn't bother with the Easter Classic, although if it was just for Table Tennis I can't see myself going interstate for anything less than a nationals.

Looks like I wont be making it to Melbourne after all, had our flights changed around with no alternative, we weren't able to be flexible with scheduling and didn't want to pay extra to get flights with another airline, so it's been cancelled. Might organise another trip to Melbourne later in the year for a bit of a holiday and some TT
