Had the German lady played in her younger days at all? If not then she has done a fantastic job to play that well after taking it up so late - very talented.

The lady in black is really putting some weight behind her shots too, and she still gets 'em back. :o

I'm unsure, but she was some kind of Athlete in her younger days (Instead of wanting to play table tennis she got coaching at the first instance and developed her own style)
:shake:
Ill ignore Reb's rude comment, some people don't know when to grow up hehehe

Wasn't a rude comment, she hits hard! I noticed it in the highlights vid as well. Sure she's a big lady, but she uses it well. Nothing rude about saying she puts her weight into it to her advantage...and her opponent retrieves so well she gets most of them back. Perhaps "you" want to think about growth?

Here's the O/50 Mens Singles Final, which turned out to be a great match with momentum swings all over the place.

I think we have seen all the forum members who went play except for Greggy who seemed to be in the umpires chair so many times

Here's Craig Campbell vs Malcolm Darroch in the O/40 Test Match. Note that while Craig both chops and attacks, he is doing that with inverted rubber on both sides (around 1.5mm to 1.9mm thickness), probably the only high level player in Australia that manages to do it.
