isnt that a canadian cup>?? or NA and Can?.. my point is that msot of the players that were lsited have asian background

Looking at this again, I see that Barney Reed lost in the round of 16. And he's one of the four U.S. players who will be trying to qualify for the Olympics. He'd better get working on his game, and fast.

Barney has been working on his game, and his results in the last year or so show it. That is no chump crowd he is facing. Maybe he can tighten his shot group a little more and turn the tables against them in the Olympic Qualifiers...

Barney has been competing in our area quite a bit (five sanctioned tourneys at our club alone this past year), so I was able to observe his play up close many times... He looks a step slower to me than a few years ago, but his game is safer and wiser. He needs to increase his body strength and footwork speed pronto, in order to have a chance at qualifying for the Olympics, imho... The skill set has always been there for him.
