Dear Table Tennis Enthusiasts,

On behalf of the LA OPEN TT Committee, we cordially invite you to attend the 2012 LA OPEN Butterfly Table Tennis Tournament to be held on September 1-2 at the Arcadia Badminton Club, in Arcadia, California.

If you know of any club members or players that may be interested in this event, please do provide them a registration form attached along with the liability waiver form.

This year, the prizes are bigger and better, so is the competition! We are very honored and pleased to announce that Oh Sang Eun and Kim Taek Soo of Korea will be joining us plus many top players, including current and former Olympians have enrolled in the tournament.

The 2012 LA OPEN Butterfly Table Tennis Tournament, a USATT sanctioned 4-star event will have over $40,000 in total prize money. The top attraction is the Singles and Doubles Open, which features top prizes of $10,000 $5,000, etc. We also have 11 other events for players of different age groups and various skill levels.

Last year, we had 350 players competing in over 1,000 matches and attracted over 2,000 fans.

General admission tickets (for 2 days) are available for $25.00. Seniors and students enjoy a 20% discount. A limited number of VIP tickets are sold at $200.00 each. Group tickets (for group of 30 or more) are available at a 20% discount.

Please note that players must be members of the USATT or other ITTF affiliated associations. Entries must be postmarked by Friday, August 17, 2012 or completed on line by August 20.
