FORMAT: Giant RR - Will be conducted in one stage. Players are ranked according to the USATT rating and placed in 4 classes
Of 12 (lesser number if tournament is not full) this places the Highest Rated players in the A-div in rating order.
Followed by B, C and D div
Procedures: Each Division will compete in complete Round Robin (12 players in a full tournament) the winners will be determined based on their playing record during the complete RR for their division.
RULES: The Laws of Table Tennis as published by the ITTF and all USATT regulations will be enforced.
EQUIPMENT: Only USATT approved equipment will be used: Butterfly and Stiga tables;
Butterfly and Stiga nets; white Butterfly 40mm balls; Cement non-slip or Gym floor.
NOTE: RACKETS:
Must be USATT approved; one side of the racket must be red, the other side black
CLOTHING: The USATT Dress Code applies. A wide variety of colors and designs is now permitted. The main color of the body of the shirt or shorts may not be white. Please dress in appropriate athletic attire. Designs or lettering that are distracting to an opponent or are offensive will not be permitted. Socks and rubber-soled, non-marking, shoes must be worn.
REPORTING AND STARTING TIMES: Players must register at the desk not later than 8:30 a.m.
Play will begin promptly at 9 a.m.
Players not on time may be defaulted for the entire event (and replaced by alternate) at the discretion of the referee. Doors open for Registration at 7:30am.You may also register on Friday 25th from 7-10pm.
AWARDS: A-div: 1st $1,000.00; 2nd $500.00; 3rd $100.00. B-div 1st $ 200.00: 2nd $100.00
3rd $50.00 C-div 1st $75.00, 2nd $35.00 3rd $20.00 D-div 1st Trophy 2nd Trophy
PRACTICE: The gym will be open for practice from 7-10pm on Friday 25th. 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
UMPIRES: Umpires will be provided on request.
CANCELLATION: The committee reserves the right to cancel the tournament or modify the format based on the number of entries. Prize Money is based on 48 player field.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all members of the USATT. Non-members may join the USATT by including the
Membership fee with their entry fee (see entry form for Dues).
Players who have never been USATT members may buy a tournament pass for $10 (one time only).
EVENTS: Giant Round Robin - Only 48 players will be accepted.
EVENT & USATT FEES: Round Robin $59 processing fee $7, Rating fee $7 Total = $73
DEADLINE: Saturday April 20th. Entry fees must accompany entry form. $10 discount for Manor TT Cub
Members If you pay the day of the event a $5 charge for each entry not paid in advance.
$20.00 late fee if registering after April 20th 2013...Please email for space availability
Racket Control 1. No complete re-gluing will be permitted unless it is with a new sheet of rubber.
2. Partial re-gluing may be done with the permission and under the supervision of the referee.

Take Route 30 West from if coming from Lancaster Area.
Take Mountville exit, turn left at light
Proceed to Route 462 (Main St) 3rd light
Turn right at 3rd light. Turn left at next light onto Manor St.
This becomes Central Manor Rd.
Road curves to the right then to the left Go 1.5 miles turn right onto
Manor Church Rd. You will see the Church. Park around the
back and enter door on left go to the 3rd floor, follow the signs.
