OOAK Table Tennis Forum

Anybody else here going to be in Rockford next weekend for America's Team Championship? I love playing in it, got to play 18 matches over two days last year, 14 the year before. I love the camaraderie and team aspect of the event. Looks so far like there are about 41 teams entered this year, up from 36 last year. It's going to be tough to defend my new high rating, but I'm the top rated guy on my team so I'm going to give my best effort to be a real "ace". Anyway, I hope to see some of you there!

Status - Out of Business Janitor/Babysitter

Looks like it might be 5 Divisions this year. Field is deep, our average rating for our top 3 players is over 1900 and we're 23rd out of 41 teams, which would put us initially into the bottom of Division C. That means we'll have a tough match against a team that should be rated close to us, at the top of Division D, so that we don't drop in the qualifying rounds. And to move up to Division B we'd have to pull off some major upsets. It's going to be a fun weekend!
