Not sure if this is a good place to ask this, but guessing you might know the answers...

How long does it usually take to get a correction?

A friend had a match in a July tournament that he won that they incorrectly reported as a loss, and as a result, he only gained a bunch of points, still leaving him over 100 points below most of the people he won against because without that win, he didn't get adjusted up.

Its been about 5 or 6 weeks since he asked about it, and they agreed it got reported wrong, but nothing has happened.

Will his rating points for that tournament be recalculated as they would have been calculated that day if the results had been correctly reported? Any guess how long it will take?
