Yes he is tall but he also injured himself in the warm up tonight so William Henzell and Justin Han played all the matches. Generally I tried to keep out of the players way although I did speak a bit to William Henzell. The players were here to train and prepare and our job was to help them do that rather than socialise with them. I didn't actually speak to any of the women players and I'm not really that comfortable approaching them either. I prefer to lurk in the background - the darkside you could say

I think all the players were really focusing on practicing and getting in the mindset for tonights match which was a pre olympic warm up for them. Tomorrow it's down to London for the teams and on to the Olympics.

Some really good matches and a good crowd watched too.
I managed to record all the matches except for the doubles. It will be a little while before I edit them down - tired and need a rest. Just a couple more jobs to do first though. A good night was had by all and some useful match practice for the teams on the same tables they'll use at the olympics.
