Is there a new specification that all rubbers must have a ittf number (as in the newer sheets of tenergy and hurricane)
before a certain date?
I'm asking because many players are telling me that their rubber will become illegal by next year once the new LARC listing come out, but when I looked at the LARC images, it seems most rubbers are yet to change and therefor they can't change to a newer rubber if the rubber is still without a new Ittf number on the bottom of the rubber

Maybe I should ask Adam

Yes this is a minor bump,
I tell you a bit more of the story here, there is a ex Aussie who was a ex Kiwi, who is telling everyone that all rubbers must have a ittf number imprinted down the bottom, and this new rule will be applied next year, but whats more important is that this "ghost whisper" is stopping some Kiwi's from flying to Aussie to play in their/your National Veterans competition
I have had a quick look at the rubber control announcements, and looking at the LARC list most rubbers still don't have any ITTF number imprinted
