I had a hit with a new Nittaku Seamless ball as I was told and I could not spot any differences from the early poly ball which I very much disliked. I noticed no real differences and played very similarly. The man who let me try the sample was Dave Smythe A.K.A Mr Butterfly as he visits our club to do some business with the treasurer. He had a Nittaku 3 star poly and I had a little hit with it and it did not sound at all broken. It played like a celluloid.

Rest assured I think until we do some tests on all these balls and reviews samples in a unbiased manor. We will come to conclusions of the good and bad poly balls. I only hope they don't jack up the prices for the new poly balls or keep the same prices as shipping costs should be a quarter of the original fire proof containment they were held in, but I highly doubt that.

The reason you didn't find any differences is simply because the Nittaku ball is seamed.

The XSF ball was like playing badminton.

We need a single ball standard.

Judging from the latest posts, things seem to have changed.
