Hello!
Has anyone bought table tennis material from the above mentioned shop? If so, how are their services? Did you experience anything unpleasant like large delaysin getting your stuff or did they mix up your order or anything like this?

Although I've never dealt with them, I though they were one of the largest retailer in Germany.

Thanks for the reply haggisv!
Their site looks ok, but I sent them 2 e-mails and they didn't reply so far (it's been 3-5 days since I sent the e-mails) and I want to establish contact with them before ordering (just in case something happens with my order it would be nice to send them an e-mail and get a reply).
If anyone has had experiences with them, please share.

That does sound unusual. Perhaps there are some public holidays in Germany around this time?

I'm surprised no-one else here seems to have dealt with them...

I checked my spam folder and still nothing. Maybe they're on vacation or something, there's no holiday that I know of in Germany right now.

Have had no poor experiences with S/M. I do like Voroco much better, they are far more personable.

They answered me in the end, but only after I sent them a mail in german (using google translate). They were pretty nice, but I didn't order from them anymore, I ordered from another german shop contra.de
