I have ordered three rubbers and glue from Vrocosport two months ago.I haven't received them.I sent them at least ten mails but they haven't answered them.At the end ,after one and half months the parcel came but only two rubbers and glue was in it.I asked about the missed rubber but again no answer.After two or three days they answered my mail and said that they are going to send.My lost rubber hasn't come yet and they don't answer my mails.Do you think Vrocosport is reliable internet shop?

Yes, they are. My favourite shop in the Netherlands. Thieu normally helps a lot if you have a problem, and I'm very surprised to hear this happen. Normally I receive my stuff within 2 days.
What did you order if I may ask?

I have ordered 2 Dr Neubauer Leopard,1 stiga Destroyer and water based glue.They sent except Stiga Destroyer.I have sent at least ten mails in English but I have received a single mail.That's all.Another strange thing is although I have ordered from their English written site they answered my mail half English ,half another language,I think in Netherland language.They have written something in front of Destroyer with that language and I don't understand anything.Thanks

Vrocosport is our club's official supplier, so we order a lot there. However for my personal use I always go to presports.com as Vroco more often than not will not have the rubbers I want in stock (although they do show them on their website) and the delivery time can be up to eight weeks for some of the Chinese rubbers. Presports is not only 40-50% cheaper, but gets the rubbers to me in three days. Quite sad actually that ordering from Malaysia is both cheaper and faster than ordering in my own country.

PS: Onvoldoende voorraad means insufficient stock.

They said that they expect the Stiga shipment early next week, so it will be shipped then. Should you not have heard from them by the end of next week let me know and I'll go call them again.

I am sorry to hear this about Vrocosport. I used to order from them regularly, they threw in extra stuff and their prices were excellent as well as the communication. When I was dealing with them I generally talked to one of the daughters.....sorry to hear that things have deteriorated.
