http://tsp-yamato.com/

The website is hard to read with online translation since there's so much text inside graphics.

Is there a list out there with speed + spin ratings, information on technology used, release dates etc?

I'm interested in T-Rex hard sponge, hoping that it may be firmer and maybe even faster than Thor. I just don't have anything to go on..

T-Rex Hard Sponge came out about a year ago.

Ratings:
Speed 11
SPin 10.75
Sponge Hardness 45deg

You can find it all on that site, but it can be hard to track down. I can compare the ratings to any of their other rubbers if you like, just tell me which one.

Oh yes, I can see it now.

But there's no write up about the sponge or anything. I assume it's just a normal rubber then.

I believe they do have a type of tension in many of their rubbers, but I don't think any have a glue feel or effect.

TSP is an interesting company. The quality and performance of their LP rubbers is second to none, yet I have never seen or heard of anyone who uses their inverted rubbers. I would expect them to be similar (ie outstanding quality) but I hear almost nothing about them and no one in the USA appears to use them-or at least use and discuss them on table tennis web sites.

I think I recall reading that the sponge has extra elasticity or something, but I'm not sure. I don't care about glue feel, only the performance of the rubber. I want something firmer than Thor.

Agrit:

Manufactured with state-of-the-art technology, the "Dynamic Tension", the Agrit is a next-gen inverted rubber in the tension series. It retains the traditional characteristics one would come to expect of Japanese-made rubbers as in high elasticity, fine touch, pleasing sound at impact as well as the shock potential that would leave even the top players in awe.

Rise:

(Note: Google translate does a pretty good job on this one, may just as well use it.)
The combination of softer foam top sheet with excellent grip, highly elastic soft rubber backing that combines power and stability. Balance to focus on the intermediate and advanced, user response to a wide range of entry-level Style seek power.

SOunds like they're probably 'glue effect' rubbers... interesting, I wonder when they'll come out?

Thanks!

BTW, there is a new allround/defencive rubber out there- Grandy. I am just not interested in it, so I didn't post a link to it. ;)
