well they told me that one of the rubbers was out of stock, which i told them to replace , then they confirmed that, since then nothing |

Dont worry, despite their lack of response, they get the job done, and the order takes between 2-3 weeks to arrive once it leaves HK office. |

i just ordered 2 package for august and 1 for september. usually in the philippines it will take 2 weeks, just encountered that it took a month to arrive because it is out of stock and they informed me 2 weeks after the order. |

A friend at my local club recently ordered two sheets of Tenergy 05 from ttnpp. After waiting longer than he expected he finally received.. one sheet of T05 and one sheet of T05FX, with no explanation.. I've read more than enough to know to shop elsewhere. |

eacheng seem to be a lot better at communicating. and they seem to do everything a good bit faster |

eacheng is very rarely out of stock - i've made some 15-20 orders from them and it never happened (edit: once was delay now i remember, but only for a week if not even less). i've no much experience with e-mail communication, but when i tried e-mail, they've responded. also, after summarizing experience with goods from both shops, i can say i don't have major complaint against rubbers received from eacheng, while i have some not good experience with rubbers from ttnpp. it's the main reason i've lost confidence in ttnpp, while i still order through eacheng |

i ordered through ttnpp because the over all cost was less by around 50 dollars or so. |

it's really hard to choose product from eacheng. My order from TTNPP arrived after 3 weeks. I tried translating the eacheng website and it's no use, still can't understand it. Anyway, can somebody teach me how to properly navigate eacheng? |
