I made an order of about 150 us dollars from TTNPP on 15th April and the order was not processed for 15 days. then I sent 2 messages to get me updated but no reply. So I disputed the order via paypal, still no reply. That's the case nowadays with TTNPP. |

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RETAILER. I wish I had read this thread before trusting them with an order. On 22 April 2014 I ordered Haifu Dolphin Tuned (Short Pips) & Donic Vario Clean Water Base Glue. After 2 months it still has not been shipped and they do not respond to the Order Followup or Customer Service messages in the Contact section of their site. |

I understand your frustration but this is a reputable retailer but I think it is a 1 man operation so orders may get lost every now and then. |

I believe at some point, once enough orders are lost, it stops being 'reputable'. I'm in the same boat - placed order on 5/16, got charged next day, nothing since then and dead silence in response to messages. |

Just to say that i bought a Donic Bluedire rubber on July from ttnpp.com and it was in my local post at 31/08. Today the mailman delivered and asked me if ttnpp were cheap and reliable cause his grandson happened to play table tennis. |

I am surprised that you didn't ask how ttnpp managed to convince your local post to deliver the consignment from the future to you much earlier :p |

Threads on TNPP of this sort exist on most of the table tennis forums in the world, and the one thing obvious is that their performance is at best erratic, with far too many people left hanging for long periods of time or having to dispute with Paypal. That is their reputation based on a large collective experience, and I would hardly call it reputable. Is it really worth saving a couple of bucks to deal with them? You may get your stuff. You may wait a long time in radio silence. Perhaps you won't get your stuff. Their are other vendors on the internet. |

Nuts.. Looks like I'm having the same problem with these guys. Ordered on 21st September, not shipped yet, no tracking number supplied, no answers to email. I wonder if they'd notice if I cancelled it through PayPal. Iskandar |

I was probably one of the lucky ones. I placed an order for a blade and some rubbers and bits last year. They didn't have the blade in stock and asked if I would change to a different handle. I cancelled the blade but still bought a couple of rubbers and stuff. They arrived approx 2-3 weeks later. |

Well, I finally got a message from them telling me my package had shipped, a whole month after I'd placed the order. Hope HK Post is faster than China Post. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had replied to my emails. I definitely won't be ordering from them again unless they have something I really want that I can't get elsewhere. Iskandar |

Order few times from them the past 6 months goods delivered to usa within 10 days.. Good store |
