 NOT SUPPORTI think the current status for this retailer is terrible! I cannot get my products after 1.5 months of the order, no responses to my enquiries, no follow up, ... Dead silence... I will never use it again. There are other suppliers, don't get into painful experience for waiting your products without any update/ replies... |

I've had the same experience with ttnpp. But I've opened a dispute in paypal and after one or two week paypal gave me back the money. |

Yes. I did, I disputed in PayPal. The thing is wasting my time to do purchase with ttnpp. I tried very hard to communicate with this retailer, but just dead silence. I tried this shop one year ago, same situation. This time, I think I should give it a chance. Last time maybe only a mistake, there are still some comment saying it is a good retailer... So disappointed... It is ridiculous that a buyer needs to worry whether the order will be delivered or not. I paid, I suppose to have tracking number / follow up /confirmation of shipping asap. They don't respect their customers, why we need to purchase from it again... Business is business, if it could not deliver, better find a more reliable supplier! |

It a hit or miss with them , I place an order on 12/28/15 and got the package today, from HK to USA in less then 2 weeks, not bad at all so I'm very satisfied as always. |

THE WORST RETAILER EVER!!! I paid my order in april 2020, 16/04/2020 order has been shipped (probably). After two months I´ve get little bit nervous, so I asked TTNPP retailer where is my shipment. He answered, that it is shpipped, and I have to ask my post... I did it and our post didn´t noticed this shippment. After this TTNPP stopped your communication. Now is december and I still have nothing. I WARN YOU FROM THIS SELLER!!! |
