Over the years I bought for more than 1000 $ stuff from them and had no problems. Only the last two times it took 4-5 weeks instead of the usual 2-3 weeks.

Well that's silly of them if you are such a good customer. If they did that to me, I'd wipe them.

Wow I just realised that this is one of the most expensive sports to play

Anyway, I have made a transaction from eacheng and everything went smoothly, have you taken a picture of the blade and emailed them?

You should try golf or trap shooting...then you will know what an expensive sport is!

Yes, I've sent email with picture to them before and clearly stated in email that "I FOUND WHEN I UNPACK PARCEL" but they blame me as I use that blade which I found some glue remained on blade surface after unpack parcel.

Now it is in process claim by Paypal but no further progress from Eacheng.

Wow, it make me headache, seem like they don't care customer who has purchase volume over 2000US$ as VIP member.

Could you post the picture of the blade here? That would make things a bit clearer.

Is there actually something wrong with the blade, or does it just look like it's been used before?

I claimed for major defect, blade surface damaged as picture shows.

I don't care for remained glue on blade surface but the damage is unacceptable.

Yes I agree, that is totally unacceptable :n:

Send them a link to this thread, perhaps that will make a difference.

haggisv,
Thank you for advice.

However, picture as I posted here was already communicated to Eacheng but seem like they don't understand.
