I placed an order with TTNPP in mid October for paddles, rubbers and balls. According to the ttnpp website my order is still being processed .....

I placed an order for a training rubber at 20nd of November also "still processed".

Here's a new source that greggy turned me on to: http://www.aliexpress.com/

Apparently it's the Chinese Amazon.com. Sells way more than just TT items but has a huge inventory of TT stuff nonetheless, with free shipping on some items.

I would be concerned about authenticity of the goods, the tenergy looks too cheap to be genuine......has anyone tried it?

Strange. I was looking for Neo H3 Prov and found one offered in ashop by Zhibin Tian. This was one of the 2 E-Mail adresses for eacheng.net paypal payment. However eacheng does not offer this neo h3 prov. All goods are lower priced in the alibaba shop than on eacheng.

I ordered and payed a rubber on 22nd Nov. About 1 month later my account listed still "processing". Then I wrote an Email that within 2012 I expect either the rubber to be delivered or the money to be sent back. Nothing happened.

Today I informed and activated PayPal.

This was definetely my last order to ttnpp.

My last order from ttnp wasn't sent either, first time for me, I got the PayPal OK but seems he may have gotten a bit more slack on the shop than usual lately

Same here, ordered on 13-Feb-2013 and waited till 16th-Mar-2013, the order was still in 'processing'. So had to raise a case with PayPal.
No replies from Skype or Mail. Mails bounce when sent to [email protected].

The site is up and working fine though. I've never had problems before.

I put in an order on April 5 and was informed it shipped on April 6.

What's the current status of your order?

Ttnpp active again

I had raised a case with Paypal for my last order with them. Got an apology note for that saying the delay was due to unavailability.

I mailed them again to check availability for a new order, they promptly replied. I placed my new order and one of the rubbers I had ordered in Red they had it only in Black, they immediately mailed me. Once that got sorted, the status is in Shipped now.

Looks like they're working on the communication part a bit.
