Hi,

I've been ordering regularly for over an year now (11 orders till now) from TTNPP and get all the orders shipped in time. However, my latest order has been stuck for a week.

TTNPP (Skype: ohgnow, Tele: 852-60205803) is mot online on skype or available on telephone. Does anyone know where he is or how can I reach him?

I ordered on 26/August, he usually ships in a day or two. My order from 24/August reached me today, but the one from 26 is still under processing. As usual, no response to emails

Suggestions anyone? Should I raise a dispute on paypal yet?

I placed an order on 4 sept. and he handle and shipped same day and deliver me the tracking number.
So , everything works at TTNPP. Maybe your item is not in stock.

I got a reply that my order will take 2-3 more days. Guess all is well at TTNPP.

My first rubber took 6 weeks !! And the second 3 weeks !

I think this is where customer service vs cheaper pricing comes in.

I tend to want customer service over cheaper pricing, as I feel it is irritating to have zero support structure - especially if you have unanswered questions.
I'm not refering to TTNPP, but I guess it can be similar.

For your information, I ordered 8 rubbers from him on 2012/9/26 and received all of them on 2012/10/12. It was shipped on 2012/10/6. I am very happy with his service.

I ordered a pair of win-5 shoes from this seller. I doubted if the shoes were fake since the shoes are not comfortable, and the lines on the edge of shoes are not really stitched.

I keep telling myself the shoes should be real since I have already had several transactions with the seller. After I bought a new pair of same shoes from butterfly official site. I confirmed the shoes I bought from http://www.ttnpp.com are fake.
Then I tried to contact with the seller, and tried to dispute the charge through paypal.
Very disappointing, the seller didnot respond to me, and paypal does not deal with dispute for these products, such as shoes. I tried to post bad review on the website, but I failed since they only let good reviews showed on the website.

Update of my orders to ttnpp: I am in Seoul, Korea

I ordered 8 rubbers from him on 2012/9/26 and received all of them on 2012/10/12. It was shipped on 2012/10/6.
I again ordered 20 rubbers from him on 13 October, 2012 and they are shipped to me on 28 October, 2012.
I presumed they were not in stock and had to be ordered, so I waited patiently, and voila!
I like TTNPP. Good price and "quiet" service (heheheheheh)

I guess he could be a little bit more talkative but till now it is 10/10 service for me.

i have two orders recently. dated oct 28 and oct 29 2012. now it's nov 13, 2012. more than two weeks. and yet he did not ship it yet. four e-mails and got no reply. i wonder why?. a company with one man only. anyway. i will wait. it's very cheap as compare to others. time will tell. maybe he should hire me. i like hong kong.

anyone still getting shipment from him on november 2012?.

If its gone past 30 days and he still has not posted it, I would file a paypal dispute (if you payed with Paypal)

if we claim a dispute with the store thru pay pal. do we have to pay 3.5% fee for pay pal?. anyone?. thanks.

I have had a couple of disputes and don't recall ever paying a fee
