At last I have just received my order may be this would be saved as guiness record for longest eacheng shipping time :D

They have been experiencing problems with customs - controls take far longer than usual and packages are held up for weeks sometimes.
You can always contact eacheng by email; they are prompt and accurate with answering questions.

I got this new warning from Eacheng in my recent order: "Usually it takes 11-25 days to arrive, but recently parcels are much slower, please note, thanks."

It may be so. My longest wait was 22 days, but then there was "spring festival" (aka chinese new year) in between (7 days public holiday). For your order there has been the spring festival and "western" new year (which according to Wikipedia is another 3 days of public holiday in China). That may account for as much as 10 days of your wait.

Also it seems that when my order is dispatched from China (tracking code ends with "CN") it takes a week or so longer than when it is from Singapore (code ends with "SG"). (That experience is based on 13 orders, so it's more like an informed guess, and does not count as statistical evidence.)

My latest Eacheng.net order for a dozen sheets of rubber was placed on Jan 31 and arrived in San Francisco on Feb 12. As always, it was very well packed. Bravo, I say!

Fastest: 8 days
Longest wait: 40 days

It always came and always exactly what I ordered so I recommend Eacheng.

Its usually 10 days to two weeks to Australia from eacheng, some of the Japanese shops that use ems only take 3-4 days and table tennis 11 is less than a week.

I've just ordered some stuff from Eacheng and despite my address being correct on my member record, to my horror I've just noticed that in the line of my address, it hasn't automatically included my town name. Unfortunately I'd already placed an order and been shipped before I picked this up. Hopefully it still finds me..and the worst bit is, none of the stuff is for me, its for a friend or a donation to the club to help re-rubber some old bats.

Don't worry. That is normal. Same with me and it always arrives (with town name on package).

When I was in Korea, Eacheng shipped me a batch of W6 blades that somehow got caughtup in California and returned to them.

They reshipped and all was good. Took a total of 3 months though...

Australia post doesn't really need a town name, postcode is enough. :up: You can send me mail with just my first name and postcode, don't even need a number or street or anything like that. :rofl:

Ordered package 1 on Sun 20th Oct, arrived Tues 7th Nov (2 weeks, 2 days)

Ordered package 2 on Tue 22nd Oct, still outstanding after 3 weeks. I was sort of expecting it be arrive 2 days after the first one but I guess it doesn't work like that. Hope I don't get the record :sweat:

Ordered a couple bats from ooakshop today which I'll no doubt get before the other stuff.
