May I talk about shipping please?

Tabletennis11 offers shipping:
1) by the Estonian postal service. It looks like "bulk rate" (the postal service holds items for up to some weeks)
2) by a courier service. This is very expensive.

Does the Estonian postal service offer a faster method for a reasonable fee, and will you offer it?
I wonder why Tabletennis11 doesn't offer it.
