Minor warning - I peeled off a sheet of rubber from my Fake Primorac, and tiny slivers of wood fibers peeled off also. The blade HAS been sealed, maybe it needs somewhat heavier sealing. Not sure if this is a bad sign, after all it's EXPENSIVE blades that you usually hear of having this problem. So maybe the wood they're using in this blade really is expensive wood.. ?? Maybe someone can look at the photo I posted and tell us what wood it is on the surface... Iskandar |

Another Clipper clone: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product ... 04552.html Well, they did copy the red plies, and they wrote "Clipper" on the blade... The HRT one is probably better, then again, maybe these guys OEM the HRT one? They've also got a 1 ply Hinoki for $35. Not cheap enough to tempt me. There's all sorts of questionable stuff in the store (including some very obvious fake rubber). Iskandar |

The One Ply is $32 (with two sheets of "Extreme Weird Long" rubber): http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product ... 53957.html or $28 bare: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product ... 66232.html I am somewhat tempted, but I wonder what this would weigh. That is very cheap for a 1 ply hinoki, I must admit. Grain doesn't look optimal, though. Iskandar |

Doesn't look like pine (no knots!) but who knows what the REAL item looks like. Might be spruce or some other softwood, too. He's got fake Desto for $12 a sheet: (Wholesale my foot... ) http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product ... 27280.html (Why do the images all have "Sanwei" watermarks on them?? Sanwei doesn't OEM Desto do they?) And you get free XVT (brand of blade) edge tape! Iskandar |

So who OEMs Corbor??? http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/M ... 07909.html http://yc-ast.en.alibaba.com/ So what's the difference between "table tennis bat", "table tennis racket" and "ping pong paddle"? They seem to be in Jiangsu, so they aren't 729 or 999 (in Tianjin, which seems to be the Akron of China) or DHS/Minkow (in Shanghai). http://yc-ast.en.alibaba.com/productgro ... pment.html Lots of blades and rubbers I've not seen elsewhere - mainly "Reactor" brand. Minimum order 1000 sheets! Sad fact of life - unless you're selling Tenergy I doubt you'd be able to SELL 1000 sheets retail. Tempted to see if I can find that "Cyklin" rubber on Eacheng - particularly the special blue sponge variety.. Celluloid balls? They got 'em! They've been around since 1998, wonder what else they OEM.. Iskandar |
