I used to order from them when I was EJing earlier. Sometimes you can pick up a bargain when some stock go to special. Check out their website every now and then.

They used DHL for delivery to my knowledge. And they always answer your queries even though you did not buy from them.

Hi All,

Im new.

I ordered a new Amultart on Friday night and it was delivered to my work in the UK by 2:30pm the following Tuesday. They dispatched on Monday morning UK time. So that was pretty damn amazing considering some UK suppliers take longer for stock items.

I was well impressed

Hello and welcome to the forum, blitzcarp.

I must say that that was pretty bloody fast delivery from Malaysia. And as you say, faster than some domestic retailers over here :)

I'd like to give a big thumbs up to Presports.

Last Tuesday I placed my fourth order with them. I received it Friday (3 days to get to The Netherlands), so very fast and affordable shipping.

Sadly they had forgotten to glue two of the rubbers I ordered on the frame I ordered. A bit of a bummer as I don't have any glue on hand. After apologising for their oversight they have now sent me two gluesheets free of charge via Fedex.

Good service for me is making your clients happy even when something goes wrong. So a big thumbs up for Presports!

Has anyone ordered a blade along with asking them to glue 2 rubbers on for you? Do they know which is on FH and BH?

You can add a message during the order fase, so you can tell them which rubber should go on which side.

I met the young lady who helped out at presport before(not sure if she is still there). She is the current top 10 player in the Kuala Lumpur city. I heard her advising pick up client on a Btty blade, concerning which side is better for FH and Which for BH, despite the printed label that normally reckon by most for FH!

Moreover, Sean and Ben, the partners of presport, have always discussed with me at length about the strength and weakness of the blades they have.

I feel safe buying from them.

I have used PreSports a couple of times, always had good service and reasonably fast shipping (considering it's international).

I have used presports several times, shipping is allways fast, one time it only took two days  But of course it does not compare to the ooak shop :P .
