I am looking for 1. Xiom Omega IV pro 2. Xiom Vega Pro 3. Stiga Power Lt I live in Saudi Arabia and table tennis isn't a very popular sport here. therefore availability of equipment is a problem and also the cost of equipment is too high. That is why i am thinking of buying from aliexpress.. Is it a good option? |

Aliexpress is reliable if you stick to vendors with good feedback. For Xiom products, http://www.tabletennis11.com has better prices and they're reliable. |

There are "stores" on AliExpress that are absolutely reliable - the six which are owned by Tianjin Guanghe (a.k.a. Eacheng) are such. They also sell as "China-Friend" on ebay. BUT if you are looking for XIOM and Stiga products, AliExpress isn't a good place - these are available sporadically there but are more expensive than from European dealers (such as tabletennis11). And especially for Stiga products, there are lots and lots of counterfeits and sound-alikes. Beware "Atiga" and "Satiga" blades, for instance... Lots of fake Butterfly, too.. (You won't find fakes on Eacheng, of course, but you won't find any Butterfly products either.) For XIOM, I'd try the shop down the road from me: http://www.presports.com They seem to have lots of stock, I can actually pick stuff off the shelves. Then again, I've never mail ordered anything from them, I just put in an order, call them on the phone and they'll actually bring the item down to the parking lot! I've never bought any XIOM products, though - way too expensive for me. Iskandar |
