I ordered a pair of shoes from numitt.com (based in Pakistan) 6 days ago, but other than the initial order acknowledgment, have had no word from them.

I don’t know whether it’s just indifferent customer service, or if they have their own supplier delays, or whatever. Has anyone here dealt with them before?

Hmm... Mail order from Pakistan? A little unusual, I suppose. Did it arrive, finally?

I emailed them 5 days after ordering, received a reply 2 days later that the order was being processed, and I’ve just emailed them again for more information. It’s now 2 weeks since I placed the order.

Bit skeptical about the claimed “fantastic customer services”, “fast shipping” and “EMS postal service” so far. A shipping notice would be welcome.

All good, I asked for a refund and in fact they had already done it a few days prior - it took a while for it to appear in my online transaction list. So - communication could be better, but they are a reputable outfit.
