Post subject:  How long does Deutschen post send a shipment to destination?
I've just ordered a sheet from Der Materialspezialist, and they sent to Deutschen post (DP) from Monday, 17th October, and until now I haven't received my rubber yet. I have lost my enthusiasm, due to the slowness of this company. Does anyone know how long does it take for DP to send it to its destination? I'm from Vietnam, Asia. Thank you very much for your reply.

From Germany to Vietnam? A delivery-time of 2+ weeks wouldn't be a surprise, no matter what company you choose for the transport.
Which company exactly do you blame for the sluggishness of not having delivered within one week? Deutsche Post (better: DHL)?

I've ordered tons of goods from tabletennis11, and just 2 or 3 days goods arrive. So this service is so bad (Deutschen post). Hope that Der Materialspezialist provide better one next time. Here in Vietnam there is not a single player use this product, and I was very enthusiastic about having one, but now...

takes about 3 weeks or so from germany to indonesia, same with from england, so it's not just deutch post...

Did Tabletennis11 deliver from Narva, Estonia or do they have a storage somewhere else, Asian area maybe?

very frustrated, 8,5 Eu for a 49 Eu rubber. Bad service and shipping method.

It's regular/average to me. Are you sure Vietnam Post can send package to Germany faster with the same amount of money?

We deliver all goods from our warehouse in Narva, Estonia. If you choose DHL Express then shipping time is 2-3 business days in Europe and 3-5 business days for the rest of the world.

So, that's the proof to say that Deutschen Post's service is s*ck. Can't believe Der Materialspezialist cooperate with this company.

Hmmm.. Maybe one shouldn't complain too much about shipping times from Eacheng, then.. :lol:

Really get annoyed by this company (DP), hope that Der Materialspezialist will consider not use DP's service. Just ordered from tabletennis11 on 27th, and yesterday my goods arrived.

Received Transformer sheet, good quality, good disruptive effect. Satisfied. Maybe will think again :-)
