Found this company browsing online, seems like a good company for casual players. Anyone use their rackets before? Or is it probably the same low quality as most premade stuff. |

I think I found it here: https://tigerpingpong.com/ Seems more recreational to me at a quick glance. |

Definitely rec-grade stuff. Any table that has one of these built in is automatically rec grade, especially if the MDF thickness is only 19mm: https://tigerpingpong.com/images/tables/tiger_pingpong-expo_indoor_table-bat_ball_holder.jpg Yes, even if they're made in Germany... They kinda look spindly and fragile anyway. Their "Whistler" might be OK - 25mm top, USD1379. Still, I don't think it'd stand up to much hard use, the undercarriage does still look flimsy. At least there's no bat holder.. Their balls - no ITTF. No 40+ Enough said. Probably some of those cheap Chinese balls you find on AliExpress. Bats? They're all premade, enough said. Or is it? Their most expensive "Pro 1000" bat (USD42): 2.0mm sponge. Tiger brand rubber. Obviously tacky. No ITTF. No pro would go near this thing, 1000 or no 1000... I can get a better premade for $15. Verdict: Rec stuff. Not hobbyist (us, that is) grade. Iskandar |
