Hey this for all the people who have bought from iruiru, many people have told me that its a fantastic site but i just wanted to makes some things clear. can you trust the site? Have you recived any bad batches? If so what did you do? How long does an average sized parcel take to arrive?

no issues with them.

Re: postage - it's EMS express, so it costs lots and you get it <5 days. 4 days is my avg.

They're nice but expensive. You can definitely trust them & shipment by EMS is insured. Just don't use complicated english word when you e-mail them :wink: ~!

i have also made several orders, all arrived well here in germany and took not too long (max. a week or so).

Never had a problem with them, no info about stocks, somethings are cheaper. Good for combined orders with more people to split shipping costs, shipping time is about 4-5 days average.

well I had problems with them. I wanted to buy my Darker from them. I kept sending them card numbers which never seemed to work (nothing wrong with my cards!!) sometimes emails weren't answered, some took weeks to answer. In the end I cancelled the orders and got the blade from Italy. Cost more, but instant response to emails, no payment problems. 2 weeks after I cancelled the order I had an email acknowledging the cancellation. I didn't loose any money but I was very nervous with 3 or 4 card numbers floating around and no response to emails

I just ordered from them, they dispateched my order on the 22nd. So I should be getting it any day now. And they were quick to respond to my emails and I am happy so far. Now if I get my order tomorrow or day after, I will be thrilled.

For the shipping times, I don't think so. I've made little (less than 100 euro) and big orders (near 400 euro) and both got the same shipping time, the bigger one getting a day faster. The problem comes when they don't have something in stock as they need to ask for it to distribution and they don't inform too much about this if you don't ask.

I just did an online trace,using the tracking number, my package has arrived in my city. So I should have it by tomorrow. :) Thats great considering I ordered it on the 20th.
