OOAK Table Tennis Forum

Me too need to get in contact with TTNPP. I have an order waiting "processing" since November. One of the items were out of stock and it took several weeks to edit the order and replace that item out of stock with another. But then, nothing happened. I have mailed them many times but no more answers.

Today was the first time I read this thread. I have ordered from them before and never had any problems. And as many indicates in this thread they DO deliver, just are poor in communication. Can someone please help answering what is the best way to get in contact with them? At what time of the day (their time, I have to translate it to CET). Thanks.

Im on a similar situation, never had problems with him, always get what I ordered in 1 month (im in Argentina), but now, I have it "processing" for almost 3 weeks now, and when I had the chance to talk to him in skype, I asked him to look into my order and if there was any problem with stock, just take that item out and ship it, but no change and also I cant find him anymore on skype :S

I´ll wait a little bit more xD

easter vacation in HK atm. It's a full week off for everyone.

Jim from ttnpp is a very busy man, but you will always find him on skype. His username is ' ohgnow '. He rarely responds to your emails so skype is the best way to get in touch with him. He often sets his status as 'away' so he will take a while to talk to you. I spent the whole morning trying to get his attention by saying ' hello, are you there'? He took 4 hours to respond. He isn't at his computer most of the time. so best to leave a message and let him get back to you, he always replies.

Finally, after a month and 2 days, my order has been shipped!! Now, Ill have to wait 3 weeks to check everything is in order, but I trust everything will be fine
