According to Geotool their website is hosted:

Hostname ttnpp.com ISP Unknown
Country United States Country Code US (USA)
City Provo Region Utah

However, his facebook site has a link to his Ebay account where he also sells as ohgnow. He currently has 931 feedback with a positive feedback rating of 99.4% so if no one here can help you, you'll be able to read feedback comments on there. Like you say the products are listed as located in Hong Kong so I don't know if he is based in Hong Kong or knows someone who forwards them on from Hong Kong.

I think from reading the Hexer thread "dauntless" has just ordered some Andro Hexer from ttnpp so maybe if no one replies here or on the Hexer thread you could give him a pm?

I'm not familiar with the shop either. If they have very good prices, they are most likely Asian based and probably ship from HK.

This shop is from Hong Kong. I ordered few rubbers from them and it took about 2 wks for items to arrive US. Very first order and I am happy. I'll order more items soon.

No, I did not contact them personally. However, there is a contact info on the website and a friend of mine used to ask question. They got back to him within couple days.

Hello, this is my first post here.
Ttnpp.com sucks awfully! On September 2nd I purchased several items from them to the tune of 120 USD. Probably that sum deemed too small for them or some of the items were out of stock - the fact is that since then they didn't send anything while at the same time remaining completely non-responsive.
I had to start a Paypal dispute and since the seller don't respond hopefully in about 10 days I'll have my money back.

One of the guys here have ordered a very large batch of DHS balls, and confirmed they are legit, and are based from HK.

Could be bad communication skills, and out of stock... It's happened to me before with presports and dandoy

I thought replying to customers is the very least a decent shop should do. Ttnpp, dandoy, presports (?) - never ever will be using them.

Don't ttnpp have an instant messenger service? you can talk to them directly (if they're online :P )

I've had good results with ttnpp.com, with my second order due any day and a previous order received a month or so ago. Use the live chat feature on their website.. that's what it's there for. I was told that, to ensure prompt delivery I should inquire first to make sure everything is in stock prior to placing my order. I was surprised when my first order arrived three days after shipping, sent via UPS International courier (contrast that to Eacheng.net where orders routinely take 2-3 weeks to reach the USA, or shipping charges on large orders can top $100). I only wish ttnpp carried more pips-out products.

I decided to give him another chance by contacting him through the live messenger as you advised. When I asked very politely does he have all my items in stock now he left almost immediately without saying a word! Incredible arrogance...

I have recently - just before I saw this thread - ordered some PME from TTnPP. Ordered 7-Sep, got an email yesterday to say it had been shipped. Will update this thread when received.

Way I see it, ordering something cheap (and their prices ARE cheap) from HK to the UK, I'd expect to wait 2-3 weeks until delivery. Only $24 USD for a sheet of PME, and $3.35 for shipping.

Today I talked to them via the messenger, we quickly worked things out and the parcel is shipped already! It seems they are not so bad, everyone makes mistakes, in all probability I'll be using them again.

My second order arrived Friday, just a few days after being shipped.
