Article appeared today: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/13/nyreg ... sheadlines  What did I do first, after reading this article? Looked up Friedlander's rating, of course..  Can't say I've heard of him before (don't watch any American comedy TV). Wu Yue is 2506 - I suppose that'd be a reference point when you look up where she ranks among international players (174). Seems to be the 4th world-ranked woman in the US. Iskandar |

Ha...very cool. Ms. Wue air-shaked our own Bogeyhunter after he defeated her at the teams. |

I just noticed that Timothy Wang was playing Bojun Zhangliang on the next table. BZ is a USATT 2300+ coach at my club. Wish there was a video of that match. |

Gman, there isn't any video of him vs. Timothy Wang, but there is other video of him vs other opponents in BH's video list. Vs. J. Wetzler, vs Rocky...There's also earlier video of him vs. Larry Abass. I think he lost to Wetzler. Also video of him beating Crystal Wang and Derrick Nie on the NOVAttc YouTube channel that Rohit posted. He beat the later 3. |
