You didn't offend me. I get this question alot. When most players leave a company, they start using equipment from another company. I left Butterfly, but it was to start my own company. And to be honest with you, I just haven't done the research to see if there is equipment out there that is higher than Butterfly with a cheaper price tag. If you know of any rubbers, give me the name, I will try them out at some point.

Brian

Hi Brian,

Playing matches I find that I physically tend to tense up, especially grip, wrist and general playing arm when I make contact with the ball. I don't know if this is from playing tennis where you hit a much heavier ball but

1. how do you keep the arm wrist and hand relaxed, especially in pressure situations - what are you focusing on mentally and

2. how can you practice playing "relaxed" ie what exercises do you recommend so that it becomes second nature especially in tense match situations?

Thanks

Hi Brian,

Can you do a video on using short pips on the backhand? I think a lot of players would be interested in that.

Interesting video in which Brian Pace talks about switching to short pips on his backhand.

Also congrats to Brian for kicking the crack habit.

Hopefully we'll hear some more from Brian about his short pips ventures!

Interesting vid. Glad he decided to stick with TT despite becoming 4th richest man in the world  and flying around in private jets with Jayzee and Pdiddy! :P

Brian has an interesting self analysis going there. He sometimes takes a while to get around the points, but its interesting nevertheless. Will he make the Olympics? Maybe his time in Romania will make the difference...if he doesn't fall back onto crack! :P

Pretty good info on short pips backhand starting about halfway through.
