I haven't tried chopping with Cream MRS, but I imagine it would do it very well. Ask LawOCG about that, since he's using a sheet at the moment, and I believe he's very experienced with chopping.

there is one question only you can answer though: how oes twidling a j-pen feel? and is it easy and can be used in a game?

It's tricky to learn to do it during a rally at first. I still don't do that much, and if I do, I have to use my other hand to flip it over. It's possible to do it with only one hand, but you have to really practice it a lot since you can get jammed in mid-twiddle. I wouldn't worry so much about switching it during a rally though since just flipping it in between points usually gives your opponent plenty of trouble anyways.
