So, Im using
Blade: Yasaka Extra CP
FR: DHS Memo 3 (going to change it for H3 Neo)
BR: DHS Memo 2

The blade weights 80 grs
And the whole thing weights 180 grs

I dont have problem with my forehand game, but my serving and backhand game are suffering the weight.

Q: Am I being a sissy or its kind of a heavy setup?

I think that if I take it down to 150-160 grs my wrist wont have any problems, what do you think?

Also, do you think that doing training with some weights for biceps and triceps, and a little weight for the wrist could I improve my handling?

blade weight is fine, just change one of your rubbers. I'm using LKT Pro XP on backhand and I've found it is good for RPB and light.

If you have wrist problems, a lighter bat can be quite a help. I prefer my bats really light, when I experiment with other blades that are heavier, I can often feel my wrist as feeling tender afterwards.

Most Chinese rubbers are a little heavier... I'm not sure how heavy the memo rubbers are, but 100g for just the rubbers seems rather high.

Mine are around 160 to 165g (acoustic/h2/t64 - masses are something like 80-45-40)
155g makes my fh feel unstable - not quite heavy enough to swing a constant arc - and 180 is too tiring. Can't accelerate it fast enough repetitively for my liking. 170 to 175 is tolerable but not comfortable, especially after constant looping for 4 matches.

So the magic number must be between 160-170 grs.
That leaves 80-90 grs for both rubbers, which its very possible :D

Also, I think Im gonna try leaving a gap in the backhand rubber, like it is usually common with the forehand rubber, mainly because I havent find a solution for my sweaty fingers, any thoughts on this?

I´ll be attaching a sponge surface, since the pressure against the wood will end up hurting my fingers I suppose xD

that will shift the weight slightly forward. It'll feel heavier when you swing it.

should be ok. most penholds you buy premade come like this. It's not uncommon for people to get theirs done up like this either.
