the absolute cheapest Cpen BTY setup i can recomend is this:
flextra both sides (25 USD ea.)
yoshida kaii (76USD!)

and that makes a grand total of...125 USD, which is definitely a rip off. AND the kaii blade is a stiff, low throwing blade, so its not good for begginers.
