what is the easiest way?

i'm currently a onesided jpen holder with a 2 sided cpen blade... and i twiddle every so often...

is it possible to RPB using the jpen hold... because i dont like the traditional cpen hold... seems awkward for me when doing the loop stroke

What with fingers straight down the blade? Yes, it's actually easier with this grip than a traditional cpen (curled/stacked) grip.

What you need to do is

1) drop the elbow
2) rotate the wrist slightly.
3) close the angle of the blade as you move through the shot.
4) Your stroke should finish with the arm moving in thes ame direction the back of your wrist is pointing. You shouldn't be trying to move it in the direction the side of your wrist is pointing unless you're trying to punchrpb.

If you do a full loop, skip #3 and keep the angle constant.

there are a few good rpb videos out there on you tube.. like this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFJUWfHG ... 5BF06B15EB

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFJUWfHGsQQ

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNvamhZp ... re=related

down the middle.. hmm you will be running into problems that way. try to place you middle finger and other two fingers towards one side of the bat but not middle, there are more chacnes of the ball hitting your fingers that way...

Then you're either going to have to bend them or you're going to have to be accurate.
