Hi there i need some help to find a more suitable and lighter blade for my Cpen style.
I hold the blade like hoang i think hi name is so i use my backhand alot so i would prefer to have alittle longer handle then on my stiga Hybrid Wood carbo that i use now. its to top heavy and also i would like to find another bh rubber then the one i use now.

My setup now is
stiga Hybrid Wood carbo
tenergy 05 FH 1.8 mm
stiga carbo sound BH 2.0 mm

Im gonna to order a rapsillicon blade also as soon as he is getting to my name on te list.

What i would like to find is a much lighter blade with more feeling but not a def blade.
I play pretty allround but i prefer to loop and smash also playing a little bit more def on my BH.
My blade is about 110g more os less with out the rubbers so its wery heavy so what i would like to find is something more similar to my stiga blade but with a touch more control and also if possible a little bit longer handle on it.
And also find another BH rubber with a lower throw angle then my stiga carbo sound im having difficulties pressing down on my backhand so i would like to find something that hs a little bit more control but i like them soft also so just gimme some tips on the blade if possible.
and if some one has some ideas on a rubber pls gimme that 2=)

best regards stefan

I think 110 grams is really on the heavy side, and you will find no problem at all to look for one below 100 grams. My Violin C-pen for example is only 77 grams, but I think in general the weight is around 80 to 90 grams more or less.

110 grams is certainly too heavy imo, especially when I'm going for a wrist-heavy rpb motion. I recently replaced my DHS Hurricane Hao with TSP Versal CHN. I really loved the quality of Hurricane Hao and how it plays, but at 82 grams + 2 sheets of max sponge inverted rubbers, it doesn't feel really fluid at times.

TSP Versal on the other hand, is a mere 49grams, well the one I got anyway. I read on this forum people found that the avg weight is around 52-55 gr. Without rubbers, the blade felt a little too light on my hand. It worked out great after I glued 2 sheets of @47gr rubbers on top of each side, slightly head heavy perfect for my looping game.

Now, I have to figure out what to do with my Hao ...

Blade: Nittaku Flyatt Carbon Pro
FH: Tibhar Aurus TC-1
BH: 729 802 2.1mm
by saying def on bh, did you mean using traditional penhold block or push..if so, i suggest playing single side penhold, u might save a lot of weight.
