A PF04-32 blade is quite a heavy and slow blade. They have been around for years, and they vary greatly in feel from one blade to another. They are not one of DHS's higher quality blades. The people I know who use them are control players.

You should make a distinction between power and speed when playing pips-out PH. Traditional CPH pips-out PHers rely more on speed, which means returning the ball back to the opponent quicker to reduce the time they have to react. To do so, they hit hit the ball early -- near or at the top of the bounce.

If you are allowing the ball to rise and then drop, and then trying to hit the ball harder to compensate..you will feel often a lack of power as you will have to use more spin to land the ball consistently. I would suggest paying more attention to your timing to make sure you are getting the most out of your pips.
