I just wondered what is your involvement in disabled TT?

Whatever it is, thank you for posting these videos. My family watched one absolutlely in awe of the skills of these players. It has completely changed my opinion of what these athletes can do, and living near London the 2012 paralympics (sp?) will be on my agenda as well as the able-bodied TT.

Alex, Is there already/scope for a disabled TT sub-forum?

I was personal coach of Selcuk Cetin from 2006 to 2009 (he is actually Nr. 4 in the world in class 5 wheelchair), I was 2009 head coach of the german paralympic national team, since 2009 I´m part of the brasilian coaching team for their paralyimpic national team and now also personal coach for Jane Karla Rodrigues, class 8 and there actually Nr. 3 of the world. Also I´m organising international trainings camps for disabled players (www.ttjv.de, www.janeka.com).

I am also a wheelchair player, Class 3, from South Africa and really enjoy getting my hands on any footage I can.
I am very impressed with the speed with which Emeric is able to twiddle his racket to change from pimples to inverted to keep his opponent guessing all the time.

nothing wrong with your terminology - its not offensive. The ITTF has unified Table Tennis for Able-Bodied and Disabled. The terminology used now is "ITTF Para Table Tennis".
