She's great. I wonder if the other guy was using the Semmler grip?

I see that she plays with a 563 medium thickness.

After a have read much here in the forum I wonder why she not play a faster SP with a thick sponge on backhand? Why such a slow rubber for her fast an direct game?

I guess she uses the MP so she can get a greater pimple effect than she would with SP. In any case, she hits the ball not the rubber and it is more than fast enough! :) A few months back we had a hit and I found that the ball was coming very fast from both wings (so much so that I was knackered after 45 minutes). She has difficulty blocking deep heavy loops with her BH but the tough part for me was actually getting an opportunity to loop. I'm just too slow these days whilst she is so fast and takes the ball so early. I found it very hard to get into a rally with her and was always playing catch up.

That is possible. But with fast SP she can make more pressure so she let her antagonist lesser time. And I think (after a lot I hab read here) it is more easy to attack with SP with thick sponge.

She is still young looking, I thought she was a member of the Aussie Jnr team in Auckland last week lol

Perhaps not, considering she won the European Youth Championships (Cadet) in 1995! Mind you she was only 14 then.
