I haven't seen any matches from him in the past year or so. I think he's only been playing in the Chinese super leagues.

I have seen him playing the Chinese Super League, in the same team as Ding Song (in 2006), but he played some pro tours.

Greetings

Thanks for that. Some nice play there by Hou. Tough crowd though, it sounded like he was getting booed after almost everypoint

That G666 looks a bit "domey" at the edges with a lot of glue holding it down to the blade !!

there is a video of him playing in the german leagues and his pips are black.....very strange for a chinese chopper to play with black pips

I'm pretty sure this is Hou Yingchao facing Timo Boll in this great point.

Really? can you still find the videos? for female chinese chopper, some of them use black for pips.
i think the reason using red pips is because all those chinese custom rubber only produce in black color.

yup! its cheung yuk vs hou yingcao

the sound track is very obnoxious though....dont know why people do that

also...in the match vs kreanga above you can see at exaclty 1:14 that he is using what i belive to be a black tenergy

he hasnt used G666 in a long time due to the glue ban, but he has been reported to be using hurricane III, but in the video above it lookes liker tenergy and would make sence if his team was sponsored by them, plus he wouldnt be able to get the national version of hurricane III because he is no longer on the chinese team correct?
