Her backhand is anti, not her forehand, which is some sort of inverted. She uses a very thin, oversized blade. Maybe dwruck can remember brand names since he played her recently. |

This requires more investigation. Both Dwruck and Kagin have written that she plays anti on the forehand. Does anyone know her personally? It looks like she's a TT instructor at the Wood Dale Park District and former Ukrainian champion. |

Both me and dwruck have played her; I've talked with her on the sidelines but don't know her personally. She has a very heavy Ukranian accent. Maybe she twiddles or mixes it up? She was definitely using anti on her backhand when I played her anyways, without twiddling. Her forehand chops and pushes were very spinny while her backhand was generally mild to dead. |

Anti forehand? Thats rarity  Should've entered the unique setup thread  I don't know about Sir Abdul's statement but her strokes are very deceptive, as a classical defender should be

Well, that was the general consensus of our group, with losing comments like, "Boy, she sure was tricky with that anti on her backhand." I know someone who will be at the same tournament as her this December, so I'll ask him to take a peek at her paddle if he feels comfortable enough to approach and ask her about it, or if he plays her. |
